Arkansas Jaycees Book Judging

We did not receive any books at the Year-end book judging. We will reschedule an additional judging day if there is a need. If you have a book for judging please contact State President John Baine.

Arkansas Jaycees Race Day & Ten Outstanding Young Arkansans

The Arkansas Jaycees have a traditional race day at Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs each Spring and at the Fort Smith Board meeting it was decided to bring back TOYA (Ten Outstanding Young Arkansans). Both projects are under way and we will have a date for Race Day in the next few weeks and will have a proposal at Paragould Boards for the 2008 TOYA Awards & Banquet. If you have questions about either event contact State BDVP Bradley Phillips.

New Jaycee Chapters

We are actively working on new chapters across Arkansas all the time. We have an Extension Task Force with Co-Chairs State MDVP Amber Gill and Chairman Gilbert. They are working with Jaycees around Arkansas to help create new chapters. If you know of someone that would be a good candidate to become a Jaycee or to start a chapter contact him or her. If you know of anyone in the greater Little Rock area or the Fayetteville/Springdale corridor please let us know now as those extensions are already in development.
