Arkansas JCI Senate Summer Time Social
Hello Arkansas JCI Senators,
The weather is hot here in Arkansas so why don’t we relax in Heber Springs. Yes this is the site of out Summertime Social. It will be the weekend of July 29-31. We will be headquartered at the Quality Inn @ Conference Center. The address and phone numbers will appear at the bottom.
We have a block of room reserved for us. At midnight on July 15th, we must turn back the rooms that we have not use. The rooms start at $65 and go to $85 according to the Manager. Please tell the hotel you are with the Arkansas JCI Senate.
We are working to have several party barges there for us to run up and down beautiful Greers Fairy Lake. Also, we are working with a senator to maybe us his lake property for other functions. This will be a dutch treat weekend. I have been to Heber Springs many times and there are several nice places to eat. More information to follow on this. The only charge at this time is a $20 fee for the hospitality room. We are planning to set it up on Friday night. Saturday will be a action pack day on the lake.
In closing, I hope that many of you will attend. If you can only come on Saturday, please do so. It will be great seeing senators for Arkansas. After you make your reversations, please drop me a note so I may keep a head count. I look forward to seeing everybody in Heber Springs.
