Lodging and travel information, along with a tentative agenda, is included in the PDF below. Also attached to the information sheet is the registration form. Registration is $85 until May 1. After that date, it will be $100. The registration form is available bundled with the information sheet (please call, fax, or email payment information). The registration includes lunch on Saturday, a party on Friday and Saturday, the Sunday Board of Directors meeting, transportation to/from the Capitol, model legislation at the Capitol, and training. There is also an option to buy the candidate showcase dinner ticket for $35.

The day will start at 10:00 a.m with a tour of the capitol, followed by lunch, then a picture with Govenor Beebe at 12:45, followed by proclamations in both the House and Senate. Every Jaycee in the state is invited and people will need to RSVP by February 9th so we know how many people we will have for lunch.

The schedule is as follows:

9:00am: meet for breakfast in Lower Level of Capitol at Capitol Cafeteria
10:00am: Tour of Capitol
11:00am: Lunch at Doe’s Eat Place
12:45pm: Pictures with Governor Beebe in Governor’s Conference Room
1:30pm-3:00pm: Watch House and Senate Convene from Gallery
