Vice President Toby Stephens

Toby professional headshotToby Stephens is currently the Individual Development Vice President for the Arkansas Jaycees (Junior Chamber International). He is focused on providing usable training to help Arkansas Jaycees become more productive professionals and Jaycees in the coming year.

Professionally, he is the Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for IFSA Data Services, Inc. of Magnolia, Arkansas. IFSA-DSI is an independent, owner operated, vital records storage company with national and international vault connectivity through its association with the Firelock Affinity Network.

Mr. Stephens holds an Executive Masters degree in Public Administration from Southern Arkansas University and was a 2004 Young Alumnus Honoree. Prior to joining IFSA-DSI, Toby served as Executive Director for the Magnolia Economic Development Corporation. He has served as the primary advisor for military and rural issues to Members of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives. Over the past ten years Toby has been active in numerous public affairs issues at federal, state, and local government levels.

Mr. Stephens was appointed by Governor Mike Beebe to the Arkansas Technology Council in 2008 and serves on the Arkansas Jaycees’ Executive Council and National Executive Board of Phi Lambda Chi Fraternity.
