Great leaders have their mentors and coaches. They oblige us to stay on-course; even we have the tendency to go off-course. Mentors, Coaches see things differently than we do. Mentors/Coaches allow us to grow faster to take higher steps and to save our time and energy for things that matter most, which produce real and long-lasting change.

Arkansas Jaycees Board of Directors Meeting & Year-End Awards in Paragould February 15-17, 2008
The Arkansas Jaycees will meet the weekend of February 15th-17th in Paragould at the Quality Suites. We will have First Timers, Write, & Speak-up to begin the day followed by Local Officer Training School, to give all local Board members from President to Director useful information on how to make their chapters better with exchanges from members of other chapters. That afternoon will continue with local officer training and then we will host a State Board of Directors training and first meeting of the year. The evening will include a year-end awards ceremony and words from your outgoing and incoming State Presidents.
